Description

There are 3 options for weekend visitors flying in for the convention on Friday 27 October.

13:00 | 15:00 | 17:00 Local time (+2Hrs GMT)

Price includes return to the Airport on Sunday 29 October, leaving the convention at 14:00.

Please meet a transport committee member at the Woolworths exit who will be holding a SARCNA 2023 board.

Please make sure you have provided a WhatsApp number with your ticket purchase details. You will be added to a transport group nearer to the time of the convention for coordination.

Please bring no more than a 7kg suitcase plus a carry-on bag.

All transports have a max waiting time of 30 minutes from stated departure time. Unfortunately if you are later than this you will have to make your own way to the convention.
